I am a CEDR accredited mediator. I have facilitated boards to help them determine their strategic direction including having successfully resolved a disagreement between the founders of a highly successful city company.
My legal background helps; my coaching, facilitation and listening skills are much more important.
Assignments have included helping boards redefine their strategy and purpose as well as helping board members work more effectively together especially when there has been conflict.
